Versatility
FORMA composite offers the ideal balance of translucency between enamel and dentin, efficiently providing the same esthetic results for anterior restorations in just a few layers that other composites provide with long layering procedures. Diastema Closure

1. The patient desired to replace old restorations to close the diastema between the central incisors and make some shape improvements to the incisors and canines.
2. The palatal shell was reproduced using a silicone wall and the FORMA composite incisal shade.
3. The deep dentine layer was placed using the highly opaque FORMA composite A3D shade.
4. Entire superficial dentine and bevel area covered with FORMA composite A1B shade.
5. FORMA composite enamel bleach shade XWE used.
6. Final result after polishing with Jiffy Composite Polishing Disks (yellow and white), followed by Jiffy Goat Hair Brush with Ultradent Diamond Polish Mint paste.
Indirect Posterior Onlay

4. Ultra-Etch 35% phosphoric acid etchant was used with the total-etch method.
